Brew and Breathe Refund Policy

At Brew and Breathe, every order is packed with care, and we want you to feel happy and confident when shopping with us. As our products are herbal tea blends, we have a few important return rules in place for food safety and hygiene reasons.

Returns

We are only able to accept returns where the product is:

  • faulty;
  • damaged on arrival;
  • incorrect; or
  • unopened, sealed and eligible for return.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of tea products once they have been opened.

This does not affect your statutory rights. UK guidance allows businesses to refuse returns for sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once they have been opened. 

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • a short description of the issue; and
  • clear photographs of the damaged, faulty or incorrect item and packaging.

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will offer you a choice of:

  • a refund;
  • a replacement; or
  • store credit.

If the issue was caused by us or happened during delivery, Brew and Breathe will cover any reasonable return postage costs where a return is required.

Change of mind

As we sell tea products, we do not currently accept change-of-mind returns.

If you have ordered the wrong item or have any concerns, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

Return postage

If a return is needed because the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Brew and Breathe will cover the return postage.

If a return is agreed for any other reason and the item is unopened, sealed and eligible for return, the customer will be responsible for the return postage.

Please do not send any products back to us without contacting us first.

Sale items

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your refund has been approved, we will process it back to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available in your account.

Returning an item

If we ask you to return an item, we will provide return instructions by email.
